Our Family department can advise and assist with all aspects of family work to include:-

- Financial dispute;
- Children matters, such as contact, residence and matters involving Social Services;
- Domestic violence;
- Cohabitation disputes involving unmarried parties;
- Pre-nuptual agreements;
- Change of name.
Our experienced Family team want to ensure that all members of the community can access quality legal advice despite the withdrawal of legal aid for most family law work. If you would have qualified for legal aid before the Government changes came into force we will endeavour to tailor our fees to your income.
