Details
Lindsay has been a Partner in Costley and Partners since it was founded in 2003. Lindsay is a very experienced Family Law Solicitor who has been practising in South Wales for over 33 years. She undertakes all types of Family Law and is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel representing children and parents in Care Proceedings. She also represents parents, grandparents and other family members in matters relating to children. Lindsay also has an excellent reputation for dealing with financial issues arising from divorce/separation and has extensive experience of this area of Family Law.
Lindsay believes that clients should be offered a variety of methods of solving disputes and has become a fully qualified Collaborative Lawyer. Lindsay also specialises in providing Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys and dealing with Probate Law.
