Andrew has been a Partner in Costley and Partners since it was founded in 2003.
Andrew is a well known and very respected member of the community in Caerphilly County Borough and the surrounding areas. Andrew has been practicing Law since 1985 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1993.
Andrew is a very experienced Criminal Law Specialist, and has been conducting all areas of Criminal Law for nearly 30 years. Andrew is known for his attention to detail and his commitment to his clients through his wealth of knowledge and experience in both Magistrates and Crown Court matters. Andrew has dealt with cases in relation to Murder, Rape, serious Sexual Offences, Theft, and Burglary, High profile Operational Drugs cases involving millions of pounds, and Complex Fraud matters.
Andrew is also Police Station accredited and provides advice, support and assistance at the Police Station in relation to the Police and Criminal Evidence Act.
